These COVID-19 and Communicable or Infectious Disease Terms and Conditions apply to Tranquilo: Portugal 2027 booked through Worry-Free Wanderings LLC, an independent travel agency owned and operated by Stephanie Holmes.

By booking, making payment, or participating in this trip, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You understand and acknowledge that travel involves an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, SARS-CoV-2, and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, as well as other communicable or infectious diseases.

A “communicable disease” means any disease or illness caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi that can be spread directly or indirectly from one person to another.

An “infectious disease” means any disease or illness caused by microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, or fungi that enter the body, multiply, and may cause infection.
